After eighteen months of building, Ceven is live

Today we are opening Ceven to the public. The product is an autonomous AI workforce that runs decisions and workflows across every department of any business, on top of the SaaS the team already uses. The same surface fits a solo operator running a single business, a scaling team coordinating across departments, and the global enterprise running cross-business-unit operations.

Behind the surface sits a fleet of specialized agents. The finance agent runs autonomous month-end close. The HR agent runs onboarding and offboarding across fourteen connected systems. The IT agent runs joiner-mover-leaver and access reviews. The sales agent runs continuous CRM hygiene and stage-change artifact watch. The customer success agent assembles QBR packs and surfaces renewal risk. The procurement agent sources vendors by phone and tracks contract renewals. The legal agent triages contracts from a shared inbox and extracts obligations post-signature. The marketing agent assembles cross-channel attribution and campaign QA before publish. The voice agent dials vendors, candidates, and customers across every department where outbound calling is part of the work.

We built Ceven because operations have been stuck in the gap between SaaS apps that do not talk to each other. Enterprise tools cost six figures per year, take six to twelve months to deploy, and serve maybe two percent of businesses. Everyone else lives in spreadsheets, email, and phone calls. The result is predictable. Mid-market companies overpay on vendor contracts because comparing options takes more time than anyone has. Onboarding takes twelve days because the workflow runs sequentially. Offboarding leaves accounts active across fourteen systems because nobody chased the long tail. The work between the apps is the work nobody on any single team has time for.

The agents close that gap by running the cross-system workflows the human team was never going to walk through manually anyway. The customer connects integrations, picks workflows from the catalog, and within the first hour the agents are doing the work. The judgment calls stay with the team. The grunt work moves to the agents.

Free to start. No credit card. No feature gates. Every agent and every workflow is open on the free plan. The platform is what we want every business to have access to, regardless of size, and the easiest way to make that real is to stop charging for the surface.
