1. Overview

Ceven Inc. ("Ceven," "we," "us," or "our") provides an autonomous AI workforce platform that runs decisions and workflows across every department of any business, accessible via web dashboard, phone, and SMS at ceven.io. By using our services you agree to these Terms.

2. SMS / Text Messaging Program

Ceven offers an optional SMS messaging program for registered users. By opting in to the SMS program, you agree to the following:

• Program name: Ceven Procurement Alerts
• Message types: Purchase order status, approval confirmations, vendor replies, reorder confirmations, verification codes, and account notifications.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity. You will only receive messages in response to actions you initiate or approvals routed to you.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details on your messaging plan.
• Opt-out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from Ceven. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
• Help: For support, reply HELP to any message, email team@ceven.io, or visit ceven.io.
• Carriers supported: T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and all major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for any delays or undelivered messages.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to opt in to SMS messaging to use the Ceven platform.

3. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and phone PIN.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Ceven for any unlawful purpose, to send unsolicited messages, or to interfere with the operation of the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ceven is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific savings amounts or outcomes. We are not liable for carrier delivery delays, message failures, or decisions made based on AI-generated information.

6. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
