Everything you need to know about Ceven.

Ceven is a platform of autonomous AI agents that work for anyone, from a solo operator to a global enterprise. You describe what you need in plain language, and the agents use your connected tools, plus research, app and dashboard building, automations, and document analysis, to get the work done and hand you the result. They cover the long tail of business work, from drafting an email to running a cross-system workflow to sorting out a vendor contract.
Yes. Sign up with no credit card, no feature gates, and no time-locked trial. Every agent and every workflow is open on the free plan. Paid plans add capacity, advanced governance, and dedicated support, but the surface itself is unrestricted.
Whatever a person does sitting between a bunch of tools. Building a small app or dashboard, setting up an automation or alert, running research on options, making sense of a contract or a stack of documents, keeping a CRM clean, triaging tickets, pulling a report together, fanning out an onboarding, sourcing vendors by phone, and the long tail of industry work for construction, insurance agencies, veterinary groups, accounting firms, distribution, property management, trucking, government, specialty trades, and schools.
The advisor is a chat surface where you describe what you need in plain language. It parses intent, deploys the right agents in parallel, and reports back with ranked results, drafted artifacts, and full audit trails. No forms, no dropdowns, no category trees.
Identity (Okta, Workspace, Microsoft 365), engineering (GitHub, Linear, AWS, Figma), comms (Slack, Notion, Teams), ERP (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, Xero, Ramp), CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong), helpdesk (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Zendesk), procurement (Coupa, Vendr, Tropic), legal (Ironclad, DocuSign CLM), payroll (Gusto, Rippling, ADP, Paychex, Workday, plus embedded payroll), and industry systems-of-record (Procore, AMS360, ezyVet, Karbon, AppFolio, McLeod, Tyler Munis, PowerSchool, and more).
Yes. Per-tenant envelope-encrypted credentials, row-level security enforced at the database level by a non-superuser app role, and a hash-chained audit log on every action. Your data is not used to train models. You can export or delete at any time.
Yes. The voice layer dials vendors, candidates, and customers with a configured persona, records and transcribes the call, and surfaces structured data into the dashboard. Used today for vendor sourcing, candidate screens, customer save calls, and renewal-risk outreach.
Yes. The same agents that orchestrate a hundred-person provisioning fan-out also handle the small-team work — drafting an email, chasing a missing receipt, scheduling a call, summarizing a contract.
Yes. SAML / OIDC SSO, SCIM provisioning, IP allowlisting, regional residency, audit-grade event chain, BAA-eligible processing, and a HSTS-preloaded apex domain. Built to drop into a Fortune 500 stack without ripping anything out.
No. They take the parts of a workflow that should never have needed a human all day and free your people to handle the parts that actually do. The judgment calls stay with you. The grunt work moves to the agents.
Within the first session. Connect one integration, pick a workflow from the catalog, and the agents are doing the work inside the hour. Voice campaigns finish in a single business day. Month-end-close packs draft overnight.
No. Ceven runs entirely in the browser. Sign in, connect an integration through OAuth, send the first message.
Cancel at any time from billing. No cancellation fees, no lock-in. Your data remains accessible for thirty days after cancellation, exportable in standard formats.
