The agent can manage contacts, lists, and webforms, and it can retrieve message data for reporting, but it cannot design new HTML templates from scratch within the Campayn editor. You should design your brand templates using the Campayn visual builder first. Once the template exists, the Ceven agent can help you manage who receives those messages by updating lists or triggering sends to specific segments based on the data it pulls from your other connected SaaS tools.
Ceven treats Campayn webforms as entry points for your automation. The agent can retrieve the HTML and signup counts for any form you have created. When a user submits a form, you can set up a workflow where Ceven monitors the resulting contact addition and then performs follow up actions in other tools. Ceven connects to Campayn using secure API tokens provided by the platform. Because the integration operates at the API level, it does not require the agent to log in through the standard user interface where multi factor authentication prompts would appear. You generate the API key within your Campayn account settings and provide it to Ceven. We store this token using industry standard encryption. If you ever suspect the token has been compromised, you can rotate the key in your Campayn dashboard, which will immediately disconnect the Ceven agent until you provide the new updated key.
