You can control this by managing the permissions of the user account used to connect Missive to Ceven, ensuring the agent only sees the teams and conversations it needs.
Ceven uses the Missive webhook API to listen for events like new messages or label changes. When you enable a real time workflow, Ceven creates a webhook subscription in your Missive account. This means Missive pushes data to Ceven the instant an event occurs, rather than Ceven asking Missive for updates every few seconds. You can view and manage these subscriptions through the Ceven dashboard or directly in Missive. If you delete a webhook manually in Missive, the corresponding real time workflow in Ceven will stop triggering until you reconnect the subscription.
Yes, the agent can call the analytics report tool to pull data on team performance, response times, and volume. Since these reports are generated asynchronously, the agent first requests the report and then polls for the report ID until the data is ready. Once reconnected, the agent will resume operations using the permissions of the new authorized user, including access to the teams they are currently a member of.
