Ceven can manage the organizational side of sequences, such as creating the lists that feed into them and managing the leads assigned to those lists. However, the actual creative writing of the sequence steps and the timing of the messages are handled within the Heyreach campaign builder. You can use Ceven to pull a list of leads from another source, create a new list in Heyreach, and push those leads in, but you will define the actual message templates and delay intervals inside the Heyreach dashboard for optimal deliverability.
